Below is as little information about each of our highly experienced team members.  More of a rogues gallery some might think!

David Lynch: CEO

David Lynch CEODavid started his career in medical sales 18 years ago to be told by his first employer he was too shy for sales!

David proved his doubters wrong and a few years later was head hunted and became Sales Director for a national manufacturer.

In 2009 David started his own business Lynch Healthcare, winning 6 business awards and achieving a 7 figure turnover in its fifth year of trading. With the emergence of the growing private market and the experience he has within his green trousers team together it's David's vision that Green Trousers will become the market leader and fastest growing online store for disability equipment globally .

Gary Lynch: Sales & Marketing Director

Gary Lynch Sales & Marketing Director

After achieving a 2:1 in Business Computing at the University of Sunderland Gary set up his own Vintage Clothing Business and ran this for two years before selling the business.

Since then Gary has had 3 Years’ Experience with Lynch Healthcare Limited as Business Development Manager and then Operations Director gaining valuable industry experience.

Gary then worked on a very innovative project for 2 years with a leading global bank and St Pauls Way, this involved inspiring the students and the community in East London to set up new businesses and develop entrepreneurial skills. Gary is now Sales & Marketing Director with the Lynch Healthcare Group and Green trousers is a very exciting part of this.

Lee Daines: Ecommerce Manager

Lee Daines Ecommerce Manager

Managing the Green Trousers site will be e-commerce manager Lee Daines, a healthcare equipment specialist who has over 17 years experience working with individuals and organisations.

Lee has a wide range of experience including assessing and designing schemes for hoisting in domestic and acute settings, technical support and engineering. In recent years he has focused on one-to-one assessments with clients and healthcare professionals providing moving, handling, bathing and hoisting solutions for their individual needs and conditions.

Lee is managing the day to day operation of the business and is the main point of contact for Green Trousers’ customers, providing advice over the phone to help them select the best products for their individual needs. He will also be working with a number of health and disability experts and ambassadors to provide help and advice articles.

Emma Lynch: Occupational Therapist

Qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2006 Emma has a wealth of experience working in many different fields across the NHS and Social Services.

Having found her passion, Emma specialised in paediatrics covering both health and social care needs of Children up to the age of 19.

Emma is known as the Sling Guru within the Green Trousers team.

Jo Webb: Senior Clinical Advisor

Jo Webb Senior Clinical Advisor

Jo Webb qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1986 and has been a Senior Lecturer at the University of Salford, Manchester since 1996, gaining her MSc in Health Practice in 2002, becoming a fellow of the Higher Education Academy in 2014.

Prior to moving into education, Jo has significant experience in physical disability with clinical specialisms in orthopaedics and rheumatology, splinting, continence, moving and handling and community rehabilitation. Research interests are focussed around moving and handling, pressure management, emotional intelligence and rheumatology, with numerous International and National presentations and publications.

Jo is currently working towards a PhD in published works with a focus on reducing the risk of pressure ulcer development for people who regularly use hoists, with the Klip-2-Lift range contributing towards this evidence base.

Colin Williams: Product Advisor

Colin Williams Product Advisor

Colin has been in the patient moving, handling and bathing equipment field for 22 years and is a well known character throughout the industry.

Colin has completed the IOSH Approved Trainers Course in Assisting People to Move and this coupled with his years of experience with his clients and associated equipment makes him a valuable source of information for our team.

 

Adam Kew: Product Advisor

Adam is another veteran of the industry with 18 years experience under his belt.  Adam has a broad range of skills including installation and commissioning of patient equipment, maintenance and repair, and client and product assessment.
